　　Cross‑linked polyethylene insulated power cables not only exhibit excellent electrical, mechanical, heat‑aging, environmental‑stress, and chemical‑corrosion resistance, but also offer advantages such as a simple structure, ease of installation, freedom from installation‑elevation‑difference constraints, high long‑term operating temperatures (90°C), and large transmission capacity. Our cross‑linked polyethylene insulated power cable product line includes both flame‑retardant and non‑flame‑retardant variants.

Scope of Application:

System: This product is suitable for power transmission in AC circuits with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV (with a maximum system voltage of 1.2 kV).

Application: Suitable for indoor installation, cable trenches, and direct burial in industries such as metallurgy, power, and construction, where it is not subjected to external mechanical forces.

Usage characteristics:

Rated Voltage: The rated AC voltage at power frequency is 0.6/1 kV, and the maximum operating voltage of the AC system shall not exceed 1.2 kV.

Operating Temperature: The cable conductor’s long-term maximum allowable operating temperature is 90°C. During a short circuit, the conductor’s maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C, and the duration shall be no more than 5 seconds.

Ambient temperature: The minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is -10°C.

Design temperature: During installation and laying, the temperature shall not be lower than 0°C.

Bending Radius: Recommended minimum bending radius—no more than 20 times the cable diameter for single-core cables and no more than 15 times the cable diameter for multi-core cables.

Scope of Application:

　　YJV cross-linked polyethylene insulated, PVC sheathed power cables are suitable for installation indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and conduits; they may also be buried in loose soil. The cables can withstand a certain level of radial tensile stress.

　　YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene insulated, steel‑tape armored, PVC‑sheathed power cable is suitable for installation indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and underground direct‑buried applications. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces but cannot endure significant tensile loads.
