Product Features:
Photovoltaic cables are electron-beam cross-linked cables with a rated temperature of 120°C. The radiation‑crosslinked material exhibits high mechanical strength. The cross-linking process alters the polymer’s chemical structure, transforming fusible thermoplastic materials into non‑fusible elastomeric materials. Radiation cross-linking significantly enhances the cable insulation’s thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties, enabling it to withstand harsh environmental conditions and resist mechanical impacts within its intended applications. According to the international IEC 216 standard, our photovoltaic cables offer a service life in outdoor environments that is eight times longer than rubber cables and thirty-two times longer than PVC cables. These cables and components not only provide superior resistance to weathering, ultraviolet radiation, and ozone degradation but also endure a broader temperature range, from –40°C to 125°C.
