Main uses:
Ordinary insulated wire—household electrical cable—is the most commonly used type. Taking a 100-square-meter new home as an example: you’ll need 200 meters of 4‑square‑millimeter copper‑core BV wire, 400 meters of 2.5‑square‑millimeter wire, 300 meters of 1.5‑square‑millimeter wire, and an additional 100 meters of 1.5‑square‑millimeter two‑color copper‑core BV wire. This calculation assumes no suspended ceiling; if you do install one, you’ll need even more 1.5‑square‑millimeter wire.
Advantages of electrical wires:
Compliant with national standards GBT 5023-2008 and JBT 8734-2012, as well as the Compulsory Certification (CCC) for electrical and electronic products. The conductor is made of high‑quality oxygen‑free copper, offering excellent conductivity and low heat generation to ensure reliable performance under prolonged load conditions. The insulation is crafted from premium plastic, providing robust dielectric properties, outstanding abrasion resistance, non‑propagation of flame, and an extended service life. BV denotes a solid‑core copper conductor, which is relatively rigid and less convenient for installation but boasts superior mechanical strength; BVR refers to a stranded‑core copper conductor, softer and easier to work with, though with lower tensile strength.
BV solid‑core copper wire is typically used in fixed installations. BVR wire, on the other hand, is a flexible copper‑core PVC‑insulated cable designed for applications requiring flexibility, such as locations with slight movement. Additionally, multi‑strand BVR cables have a higher current‑carrying capacity than single‑strand cables and are somewhat more expensive. In most cases, BVR is sufficient for wiring inside control panels, as it offers adequate flexibility without the need for extra strength, making connections easier.

Product Specifications:
Product Structure: Conductor + insulation. The predominant material for the conductor is oxygen-free copper, composed of multiple strands of copper wire, while the insulation is made of PVC.
Implementation Standard: JB/T 8734-2012 GB/T 5023-2008.
Quality Standards: 3C Certification
Rated voltage: After being immersed in water for 1 hour, the wire withstands an AC voltage test at 50 Hz: 2500 V (450/750 V) and 2000 V (300/500 V) for 5 minutes without breakdown.
Operating temperature: The maximum operating temperature shall not exceed 70°C; for BVR‑105 type, the maximum operating temperature is 105°C. The ambient installation temperature of the cable shall be no lower than 0°C.
Allowable bending radius: For wires with an outer diameter (D) less than 25 mm, the minimum bending radius shall be no less than 4D; for wires with an outer diameter (D) of 25 mm or greater, the minimum bending radius shall be no less than 6D.
Color: Red, yellow, blue, green, black, brown, yellow-green, white, and more—customizable upon request.
Purpose: It is suitable for circuits in power, household appliances, instruments, meters, and telecommunications equipment with a rated AC voltage of 450/750 V or lower, and is widely used in various types of machinery and equipment, exhibiting excellent flexibility.
